Huskies sweep Hawks in back-to-back home games

The Delta High School volleyball team hosted the Galena Hawks for its second and third home games of the 2026 season last week. The Huskies came out strong in both matchups, earning two decisive three-set victories over the Hawks.

With the back-to-back wins, the Huskies improved their Aurora Conference record to 2-1 after an earlier conference loss to the Monroe Rams. The team continues to build momentum as they head into the final weeks of September.

The Huskies will travel to Cordova this week to compete in the Copper River Classic Tournament before returning home to close out the month. Delta will host the Monroe Rams on September 29 for their next home matchup. Go Huskies!
